About The Position

As a Producer at Compulsion Games, you will play a critical role in managing project schedules, workflows, and cross-team communication to ensure a smooth development process. You will work closely with designers, artists, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate production efforts, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication across all departments. You will help keep the team on schedule and focused, optimizing workflows and ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in game production or project management.
Strong knowledge of game development pipelines and production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Passion for video games and production management.

Nice To Haves

Experience working on AAA or indie game development projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage project timelines, development schedules, and task assignments.
Work with department leads to ensure alignment between design, art, programming, and other teams.
Facilitate communication across disciplines, ensuring clarity on objectives and priorities.
Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks that could impact development.
Track project progress using Jira, Trello, ShotGrid, or similar tools.
Organize meetings, sprint planning, and milestone reviews to maintain production efficiency.
Ensure team morale and productivity by supporting a healthy work environment.
Work with the Lead Producer to optimize workflows and improve development processes.
Assist in budget management, resource allocation, and hiring plans as needed.
Stay informed on industry best practices in production and game development.
