About The Position
Join a community-owned neighborhood grocery store focused on providing a friendly shopping experience and making local, seasonal, and sustainable food accessible to the community. Team Members work across store departments and perform a variety of tasks, including cashing, stocking, packing out, and maintenance. The role is suited to someone who enjoys serving customers, variety in their work, and being part of a team.
Requirements
- Ability to stand in one location for 8 or more hours.
- Ability to twist, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
- Willingness and ability to grow to meet the changing requirements of the job.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
- Self-motivated, organized, responsible, and flexible.
- Enjoys providing excellent customer service, variety in work, and being part of a team.
