About The Position

The Produce Team Member may work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and stocking products, and assisting with store upkeep. Team members are expected to present themselves professionally and follow uniform standards.

Requirements

• Have a passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
