About The Position

The Produce Team Member works in the Produce & Floral department and may also work in any of the store’s departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, and Front-End. The role supports The Fresh Market’s mission to make everyday eating extraordinary by providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, and maintaining a hospitable shopping experience through product merchandising, stocking, cart collection, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while ensuring nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
