About The Position

As a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk, you’ll prepare fresh fruits and vegetables by slicing, dicing, and packaging produce. You’ll check for freshness, maintain clean and organized preparation areas, create attractive displays, assist with inventory management and restocking, and provide customer service. The role is active and fast-paced, suited to someone who enjoys working with food, brings a positive attitude, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Comfort using knives and other preparation tools safely and precisely.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety and handling guidelines.
• Friendly and helpful attitude, with the ability to communicate clearly and assist customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to support fellow associates and contribute to a positive store culture.
