About The Position

HDR is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to support stakeholders and company management in improving procurement performance, cost savings, quality, and achievement of project or corporate objectives. The role develops working knowledge of procurement practices, project delivery, supplier and subcontractor relationships, and how procurement integrates with other project-delivery functions. It also develops understanding of the operations, compliance requirements, and work undertaken in assigned operating units or projects.

The analyst participates in system testing and integrations with HDR teams and helps streamline and automate procurement processes to meet business needs across HDR. Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Python, or enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, expense management, or supplier management processes.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP procurement platforms.
• Experience building workflow automations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of HDR internal teams, governance practices, and business processes.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query (M), and SQL for reporting, data transformation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of procurement concepts, principles, and practices; project delivery processes; and relationship expectations with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
• Understand how procurement functions integrate with and affect other functions in the project delivery process.
• Develop understanding of the concepts, principles, theories, compliance requirements, and nature of operations and work undertaken in assigned operating units or projects.
• Participate in system testing and integrations with support from HDR teams.
• Streamline and automate procurement processes to align with business needs across HDR.
• Perform other duties as needed.
