About The Position

The Procurement Supplier Engagement Specialist will support the continued growth of the BuzzBallz business by building strong supplier partnerships. The role works with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve sourcing strategies, support new product development, and strengthen cost, quality, and supply performance. It also contributes to business continuity and procurement initiatives that support long-term supply-chain growth. The specialist supports sourcing across commodities, neutral spirits, sweeteners, flavors, and other key procurement categories. The role analyzes market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value opportunities and reduce supply risks; tracks procurement performance and supplier scorecards; and contributes to cost savings, productivity, and contract compliance. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, and Finance is central to successful sourcing and commercialization projects. The role requires domestic and international travel of up to 25% and the ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of procurement or related supply chain experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and work effectively independently and across cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in project implementation or project management.
Experience sourcing materials in the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industries.
Experience supporting supplier relationship management, sourcing strategies, or new product commercialization.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across commodities, neutral spirits, sweeteners, flavors, and other key procurement categories.
Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders on new product development, supplier performance, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value creation opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
Track procurement performance metrics and support supplier scorecards, cost savings, productivity, and contract compliance objectives.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, and Finance teams to execute sourcing and commercialization projects.
