About The Position
Maxxit Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced permanent full-time Procurement Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management functions for a metal fabrication manufacturing business. The Procurement Manager will ensure the company secures raw materials, fabricated inputs, subcontracted services, equipment, consumables, and indirect spend at the best total cost while maintaining quality, delivery performance, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic sourcing capability, manufacturing procurement experience, commercial negotiation expertise, and deep knowledge of metals, fabrication inputs, and industrial supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company growth, margins, and operational goals.

- Establish scalable procurement processes, policies, and controls for a manufacturing environment.
- Drive procurement transformation, including supplier rationalization, strategic sourcing, and process automation.
- Partner with executive leadership to align procurement with financial targets and long-term planning.
