About The Position
This position is for an experienced Procurement Management professional. This role will lead and develop a team of purchasing professionals. The position is a leadership role, which will interact with all levels of the organizations, and will lead highly visible actions and plans. This position is responsible for collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements to drive 100% on time materials and quality, development of supply chain strategies, and support other initiatives as instructed.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

- Experience working with cross function teams
- 15% of the time for supplier visits
Responsibilities
- Ensuring material is available for operations to launch 100% on-time job starts
- Parts are placed on time to support delivery to our customers
- Drive and support cost savings initiatives
- Participate in sourcing activities
- Involvement in contract negotiations and development and coaching of direct reports
