About The Position

Uncle Arnie's is a fast-growing THC beverage company looking for a Procurement & Inventory Analyst to help manage their supply chain and ensure inventory data accuracy. This is a hands-on, remote role for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and maintaining organization. The analyst will be responsible for purchasing, tracking inventory and incoming materials, collaborating with suppliers, and keeping systems updated. A key aspect of the role is ensuring real-world inventory changes are accurately reflected in the system, such as new arrivals or order modifications. The position also involves monitoring stock levels, identifying potential issues like low stock or expiring inventory, and supporting inventory reconciliations. The role reports directly to the COO and collaborates with the Operations team, manufacturing partners, warehouses, suppliers, and Finance. Travel is required approximately 2-4 times per year.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, supply chain, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working in ERP, inventory management, purchasing, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with suppliers and external partners.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Able to travel approximately 2-4 times per year.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG, beverage, food, manufacturing, or another inventory-heavy business is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day accuracy of inventory and purchasing data.
  • Manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on open orders and deliveries.
  • Make sure receipts, inventory movements, and other transactions are updated accurately and on time.
  • Keep visibility into what's on hand, what's coming, and what's needed for upcoming production.
  • Help make sure materials are in the right place at the right time.
  • Track lot information, shelf life, and expiration dates.
  • Identify shortages, discrepancies, delays, and other inventory risks early.
  • Support inventory reconciliations and help get to the bottom of discrepancies.
  • Work directly with suppliers, warehouses, and manufacturing partners to keep things moving.
  • Help us continue improving how we manage procurement, inventory, and the data behind both.
