About The Position

This position is responsible for managing work orders from start to finish, including quoting, tracking, and follow-up. The role oversees parts and materials procurement, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. It provides technical support to technicians and customers, prepares accurate quotes, and acts as the main communication link between customer service, technicians, and suppliers. Additionally, the role ensures warehouse operations are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age or older (for company vehicle insurance requirements).
  • Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
  • Class 7 forklift certification required (certification provided if needed).
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, as required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in administrative or procurement support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, track, and manage Work Orders (WOs), including quoting and follow-up.
  • Order parts, coordinate shipping and receiving (including inventory transfers), and conduct quarterly inventory.
  • Provide support and assistance to technicians and customers as needed.
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotes for internal and external requests.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal CSRs, technicians, and suppliers.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
