Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, inventory management, system administration, and vendor onboarding activities. You’ll play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of BirchStreet and IMS platforms, ensuring accurate setup of products, vendors, inventory locations, and purchasing data across the organization. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll support both the guest and associate experience by ensuring critical supplies, equipment, and products are available when needed to keep resort operations running smoothly. Through organization, accuracy, and collaboration, you’ll help empower associates to provide outstanding service and memorable experiences for every guest.
