About The Position

As our Procurement Coordinator, you will be the point of reference to ensure our surgical teams have the right supplies, at the right time, in the right place. You will learn the ins and outs of healthcare procurement, vendor management, and inventory controls; skills that will set you up for a long-term career in supply chain management. Your work will directly support patient care by keeping our practices stocked with the highest-quality surgical instruments, implants, and supplies.

Requirements

1–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience (healthcare experience required; dental/oral surgery experience preferred).
Healthcare industry experience required.
Strong diligence and organizational skills.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, or ERP systems (training provided).
Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
An initiative-taking, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for surgical, clinical, and administrative supplies across multiple practice locations.
Process purchase orders for surgical, clinical, and administrative supplies across multiple practice locations.
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Track inventory levels using our ERP/inventory management system and flag low-stock items.
Assist with vendor research and price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with practice managers and clinical staff to forecast supply needs.
Help maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor files.
Support the purchasing team with special projects, such as rolling out new products or equipment.
