About The Position

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-division infrastructure organization supporting utilities, renewable energy, and large-scale construction projects. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a high-impact Procurement & Asset Manager to take ownership of enterprise-wide procurement strategy and—critically—the management, optimization, and oversight of a centralized fleet and equipment asset database. This is not a transactional procurement role. This is a strategic, data-driven leadership position for someone who has built, managed, and continuously optimized fleet/equipment asset tracking systems, and can translate that data into meaningful financial and operational decisions. You will serve as the central authority for fleet and asset visibility across all divisions—driving utilization, capital planning, and cost efficiency across a complex, project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, asset management, or fleet management, within a project-based environment
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing a fleet/equipment asset database (critical requirement)
  • Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle management, utilization tracking, and fleet planning
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience building data-driven reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Experience with ERP systems and fleet management platforms (Fleetio, Samsara, etc. strongly preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across operations, finance, and IT
