About The Position

The Procurement Analyst (Direct) owns the procure-to-pay cycle for IREN’s datacenter and AI infrastructure projects and helps keep project spending visible and controlled. The role handles purchasing parts needed to operate existing sites, such as transceivers, network cards, cables, and replacement hardware, including time-sensitive orders. It also validates and processes invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and approved scope while tracking project budgets, burn rates, and actuals against forecasts. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations (S2P), the analyst serves as a day-to-day liaison among requestors, project managers, vendors, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, and maintains related records in SAP. The position supports datacenter construction, development, and technology projects, including project cost tracking, month-end activities, reporting, and process improvements. The posting identifies the role as hybrid and describes work across U.S. and Canadian operations, requiring a reliable home-office setup, flexible work hours across time zones, and occasional travel to data center sites, supplier locations, and team events. Pre-employment screening, including a background check and substance testing, may be required under company policies.
