Procurement Analyst (Direct)

IREN•San Francisco, CA
•$165,000 - $185,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Procurement Analyst (Direct) owns the procure-to-pay cycle for IREN's datacenter and AI infrastructure projects and helps keep project spending visible and controlled. The role covers purchasing time-sensitive parts for existing sites, such as transceivers, network cards, cables, and replacement hardware, as well as validating and processing invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and approved scope. The analyst also tracks project budgets, burn rates, and actuals versus forecast. The role is the day-to-day liaison among requestors, project managers, vendors, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, and maintains the related records in SAP. IREN is an AI Cloud Service Provider delivering large-scale GPU clusters for AI training and inference. Its vertically integrated platform is supported by a portfolio of grid-connected land and data centers in renewable-rich regions across the U.S. and Canada. IREN states that it uses 100% renewable energy and builds, owns, and operates its data centers, with a focus on responsible and sustainable solutions. The role is described as hybrid in the header, but the additional work-location information describes it as remote across U.S. and Canadian operations. It requires a reliable home-office setup, flexible work hours across time zones, and occasional travel to data center sites, supplier locations, and team events. The position reports to the Director, Business Operations (S2P).
