About The Position

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to help teams move purchasing requests forward by owning the end-to-end procurement process for lower-value, lower-risk vendor engagements. The role supports teams across the business, with a focus on marketing sponsorships, field events, and corporate events contracts. The analyst serves as a go-to resource for procurement questions and uses data to improve the management of spend, contracts, and reporting. The role reports to the Manager of Procurement and is suited to someone who enjoys combining process ownership, stakeholder support, and analysis in a fast-moving, fully remote environment. The position is remote. U.S.-based candidates are preferred, though candidates in select other countries may be considered. The work schedule requires meaningful overlap with Pacific Time business hours. The stated start date is November 30, 2026, and the contract duration is three months. The engagement is W-2 contract work; final contract structure and pay depend on the candidate's location and local law. U.S.-based pay is $45 to $51 per hour; pay for candidates outside the U.S. is based on location and shared during screening. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Experience with a structured procure-to-pay or procurement intake system, including hands-on use of Zip or similar tools.
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing operations, with the ability to manage process-driven work accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to review spend data and create recurring reports that support business decisions.
  • Ability to define, calculate, and present KPIs such as purchase order cycle time, savings versus budget, compliance rate, and spend by category.
  • Skill in supporting internal stakeholders with procurement process questions and explaining requirements clearly.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with changing needs.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight and collaborate across teams in a remote, asynchronous company with reliable follow-through.
  • Education or equivalent experience in a relevant field, or transferable experience that shows similar capability.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end procurement workflow for lower-value, lower-risk vendor engagements, focusing on marketing sponsorships, field events, and corporate events contracts.
  • Manage procurement intake in Zip and keep procurement data current across the company's enterprise systems.
  • Respond to procurement questions from team members in Slack and guide stakeholders through procurement processes and policies.
  • Support Procurement Category Managers with RFP, RFQ, and RFI events, contract renewals, vendor communications, spend review, bid review, and savings review.
  • Review spend data to identify consolidation opportunities, assess total cost of ownership, and support better purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benchmarking with procurement and stakeholder teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide timely, clear support for purchasing needs in a remote, asynchronous environment.
