About The Position

This is a contract-to-hire position for a Procurement Analyst 2 specializing in IT within an Arizona State Agency located in Phoenix, AZ. The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 weeks of onsite training initially, followed by a 4-day remote work schedule. The contract duration is one year, with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee. The pay rate is $34/hr W2.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience.
• Experience with IT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models).
• Experience with strategic negotiation (SLAs, data sovereignty clauses, renewal caps).
• Experience with RFP/RFQ development for enterprise IT services.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ, with city and state appearing on the resume.
• Must be eligible for FTE conversion (no visa sponsorship).
• Available for an in-person interview within 1 week of June 23, 2026.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
• Experience with TCO/ROI analysis for technology investments.
• Experience with Technical project management.
