About The Position

Toyo Tanso USA is hiring two full-time night-shift Processing Technicians to help manufacture high-quality graphite products using specialized purification and coating processes. The role works with specialized manufacturing equipment and advanced materials. Previous manufacturing experience is not required; on-the-job training is provided. The position offers a starting base pay of $20.00 per hour, a 10% night-shift differential, and daily overtime pay at 1.5 times base pay for hours worked beyond 10 in a day. The schedule consists of rotating 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM: three workdays in Week 1 and four in Week 2.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and technical skills.
• Basic math skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment, chemicals, gases, and high-temperature processes while wearing required PPE.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with nontoxic graphite.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for processing.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record production information and monitor equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Learn technical processes alongside experienced team members.
• Support other production departments as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
