About The Position

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is hiring a Certified Sterile Processing Tech to help deliver safe, high-quality surgical care. The technician ensures instruments are thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, organized, and ready for use. The role supports patient safety and efficient surgeries by working closely with nurses and surgeons. No travel is required, and one year of experience is required.

Requirements

• One year of experience is required.
• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician is indicated by the position title in the posting.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies according to safety standards.
• Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and promptly resolve issues.
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms according to the daily schedule and procedural needs.
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Work with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support efficient surgeries.
