Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves planning, organizing, managing, and executing liquid egg processing operations for an assigned operation. The manager will ensure machinery and equipment are calibrated and functioning properly, and will work through supervisors to train employees on work methods and standard operating procedures. This role also involves moving employees to ensure efficient functioning of grading and breaking operations, and assuming an active role in leadership discussions and decisions affecting processing operations.
