Process Water Engineering Manager (North Texas)

Texas Instruments•Dallas, TX

About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced technical leader to manage its Process Water Engineering team within Facilities Central Engineering. The manager leads engineers supporting deionized/ultrapure water (DIW/UPW), industrial wastewater (IWW), and reclaim and reuse systems across the company’s 200mm and 300mm semiconductor manufacturing sites. These systems operate continuously, and the team is responsible for keeping them stable, efficient, and cost-effective. As a discipline manager within Central Engineering, this role advances the organization’s goal of building and operating efficient and sustainable facilities. It drives operational excellence, cost leadership, technology innovation, and workforce development across the team and multiple sites. The position leads technical direction, reliability and risk-based engineering, improvement roadmaps, project strategy and execution, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also develops engineering capability and prepares infrastructure and talent strategies for evolving semiconductor demands.
