Process Server Performance Specialist
About The Position
The Process Server Performance Specialist owns the performance of ABC Legal Services’ process server network by identifying underperforming servers, diagnosing the reasons for performance issues, and driving measurable improvement through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability. This is a hands-on performance-management role, rather than a quality-check or audit role. The specialist works daily with performance data, communicates directly with process servers, and partners with Recruiting and Leadership to keep coverage and performance aligned. The position is remote and available to candidates located in Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience training and/or coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide support, training, and education to process servers who are underperforming based on key metrics.
- Create a positive and engaging experience for underperforming process servers.
- Communicate directly with process servers to provide coaching and meaningful feedback.
- Respond to process server questions and resolve blockers.
- Ensure process servers understand expectations and the timeframe for improvement.
- Set clear expectations for underperforming servers.
- Review assigned reports daily and contact disengaged servers to identify and resolve reasons they are not attempting jobs in a timely manner.
- Hold servers accountable to directly impact performance.
- Track and communicate blockers to the leadership team.
- Work closely with the Recruiting department when additional coverage is needed.
