About The Position

Forvia is seeking a skilled and creative process engineer to design and implement efficient, ergonomic production processes in a dynamic automotive environment. The role manages the product interface with product development, contributes to engineering change management, supports continuous improvement and production, and participates in the manufacturing engineering network. It also designs, implements, and monitors production processes to ensure product feasibility, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably production or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Technical skills in product and process design, including FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• International mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of languages other than English.
