About The Position

We are hiring Lead Process Engineers to drive the technical development, design integration, and execution of projects in our industrial market (Renewable Fuels, Mining and Minerals, Semiconductor, and Process Industries) across North America. In this role, you will serve as the process discipline lead on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection, developing process design packages, and coordinating closely with mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and construction teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. This position is ideal for an engineer with 10 or more years of experience spanning one or preferably more of these markets, who thrives in a design-build/EPC environment, values participating in the construction and commissioning of their designs, enjoys solving complex treatment challenges, and can translate process engineering into practical, field-ready designs. We have a large backlog of work, b/c of our expertise in design and delivering Design/Build and EPC projects, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects. If you are looking for a career, with stability and a diverse portfolio of EPC projects to work on and want to work on hyperscale projects, look no further! We are an employee-owned company which fosters dedication and commitment to project success and are positioned as a key player in meeting growing infrastructure demands. We cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation and teamwork, making it the most rewarding place to build your career. The Kiewit Water Engineering team, which includes process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and control, structural, and civil disciplines, is a multi-faceted division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on collaborative Design-Build (progressive and/or fixed price) and EPC delivery models for complex projects. The team brings project solutions to life across North America in the following areas: renewable natural gas, green hydrogen, mineral processing, brine processing, geothermal power, semiconductor fabrication, biomass gasification and combustion, semiconductor fabrication, and more. Clients are turning to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects to lead and manage multi-disciplined design teams to improve schedule, track design progress, control costs, and minimize risk. Our engineers and designers collaborate with Kiewit construction teams on construction-driven engineering focused on safe, cost-effective, and innovative designs to deliver projects to our clients.
