About The Position

Foamcraft is hiring a Process Saw Operator at its Elkhart location to operate an assigned manual saw for custom foam fabrication work. The work is described as light manufacturing, and training will be provided. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position based onsite in an air-conditioned work environment.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude toward coworkers and the job.
• Interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety.
• Understand and follow company policies and regulations.
• Read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

• Prior saw experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cut foam accurately and in the correct quantities.
• Draw patterns and mark foam as directed.
• Organize cut materials neatly and orderly.
• Lift and move materials using proper techniques.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
