About The Position

To achieve our north star of Unmatchable Client Experience, JANA must have an intimate knowledge of our products and projects, with a heightened focus on our clients’ experience of JANA. JANA’s Process Managers play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and execution of JANA’s Implementation Framework. JANA’s Process Managers are at the forefront of transforming our clients’ journey with our software solutions. They design, refine, and drive an impactful Implementation Framework that sets our clients up for success and keeps them coming back for more. Leaders within JANA, Process Managers, lead our implementation strategy from the ground up, working with cross-functional teams across Product, Software, Operations, Client Experience, and Risk Strategies to create best-in-class processes that make an immediate difference. It is these workflows that will help ensure projects are implemented in a standardized & scalable way, project team members are aware of & accountable for their project tasks, best practices & continuous improvement stay at the forefront, and quality projects are delivered to our clients in alignment with the JANA Way. Trusted advisors and invaluable leaders, Process Managers play a vital role in transforming our implementation strategies, driving efficiency, and enhancing the overall client experience by setting standards for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Members of JANA’s Product Team, JANA’s Process Managers report to JANA’s Strategy Director.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field.
  • 5+ years software implementation experience working as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager or equivalent role
  • 3+ years leadership experience including leading technical subject matter experts
  • Strong background in PMBOK, waterfall, agile and change management methodologies
  • Experience designing or scaling software delivery frameworks or operating models
  • Passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in Oil and Gas or Utility industry
  • Experience with risk modeling methodologies or solutions
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Owns and continually evolves the implementation strategy, delivery methodology and project workflows used to implement JANA’s products, ensuring successful project outcomes for our clients.
  • Creates best practices and workflows that make the implementation journey smooth, streamlined, and highly adaptable to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborates with Product, Software, Operations, Client Experience, and Risk Strategies to ensure every detail of our Implementation Framework aligns with our product vision and supports our clients.
  • Collects insights from JANA’s stakeholders to design processes that work in real-world scenarios and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Champions a culture of collaboration, where every stakeholder contributes to making JANA’s Implementation Framework best in class.
  • Builds comprehensive, accessible documentation that provides clear direction for internal teams and empowers clients to get the most from our solutions.
  • Develops training resources that support ongoing development for project teams and ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.
  • Ensures every process document, template, and guide is a valuable asset that enhances efficiency and scalability.
  • Defines and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reveal the success of our Implementation Framework.
  • Leverages data and feedback to drive decision-making, enhancing our processes with actionable insights and measurable improvements.
  • Leads the charge in innovation, continuously implementing initiatives that improve the client journey and ensure our process is always ahead of industry standards.
  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of JANA’s Process Specialists and Project Mangers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Fosters a positive and productive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback to help team members excel in their roles.
  • Functions in alignment with JANA's Values and Professional Culture.
