Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process analysis and data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the engineering team’s activities to improve process efficiencies across services and equipment.
- Plan and oversee business and systems process analysis, design, implementation, and operational management activities.
- Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas for standardization and improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to promote effective business operations and streamline workflows.
- Conduct evaluations and experiments, collecting relevant data to support product and service development.
- Document all experiments and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting.
- Write detailed experience reports outlining experimental design, results, and conclusions.
- Present findings to appropriate departments and management for review and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product integration and process improvements.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
