Lennar is seeking a Process Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and scale to how its technology teams plan, build, and deliver. The role leads cross-team efforts to map current processes across software and product development lifecycles, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and design solutions that scale across the organization. The Process Lead does not own the standards; instead, the role gathers, aligns, documents, and measures them. Working as a trusted partner and facilitator, the Process Lead uses influence rather than authority to help teams agree on how work gets done, track adoption, and share insights that drive ongoing improvement. Success in the first 90 days includes building relationships across delivery teams, mapping key current-state processes, and agreeing on a prioritized improvement roadmap. Within six months, documented standards and processes should be available in a central, trusted location, with baseline adherence and efficiency metrics in place. Within the first year, teams should be measurably more consistent and efficient, adoption should be visible in reporting, and teams should view the process as helpful rather than obstructive. This is primarily a sedentary office position. The incumbent must be able to operate computer equipment; speak and hear; bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move or carry up to 25 pounds; and use finger dexterity. The description outlines basic responsibilities and requirements and is not a comprehensive listing of all duties. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
