About The Position

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead focused on technology-led business transformation for Energy clients. The role combines Oil & Gas domain expertise with modern data, cloud, AI, and digital technologies. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading enterprise-scale transformation across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, and Low Carbon value chains. Travel may be required and can vary from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
At least 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains, including Subsurface, Wells & Drilling, Production Operations, Reservoir & Asset Management, Energy Data Management, Capital Projects, and HSE.
At least 10 years of direct experience mentoring high-performing global delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading modern enterprise architecture initiatives leveraging Cloud, Data Platforms, Information Architecture, AI/GenAI, and Advanced Analytics.
Experience implementing scalable platform engineering, enterprise integrations, and modern data ecosystems such as OSDU.

Responsibilities

Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
Lead enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs, including OSDU and cloud initiatives.
Accelerate transformation through AI, advanced analytics, and digital platform adoption.
Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to improve operational efficiency.
Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
Create industry accelerators, thought leadership, and value-focused technology offerings.
Mentor high-performing global delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
