About The Position
This role is for a Process Lead in the Decking Department, responsible for overseeing all crews. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of being a Machine Operator. Key responsibilities include operating plant machinery and online systems, performing manual packaging, and working with large datasets using Microsoft Office Suite. The role also emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be Machine Operator or above
- Familiarity with internal inventory and tracking systems
- Certified on forklifts (up to G50)
- Must be able to work within large scales of data (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Teamwork

- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
- Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
