About The Position

The EOL Lead for the Decking Department will be responsible for overseeing all crews within the department. This role requires a strong understanding of internal inventory and tracking systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management, and the ability to operate plant machinery and online systems. The position involves performing manual packaging tasks, operating equipment, and working within a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Regular and predictable attendance is essential, as is the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be Material Handler or above
  • Knowledge of internal inventory and tracking systems
  • Certified on forklifts (up to G50)
  • Must be able to work within large scales of data (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to operate plant machinery (forklifts) and online systems (RFS, JDE, etc.)
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for a prolonged period
  • Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment
  • Visual acuity to inspect products and labels
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
  • Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to work in hot environments and on concrete floors.
