About The Position

BizTek People is in search for an experienced Process Improvement Consultant (Healthcare Operations) for our client in Portland, OR! This role partners with leadership and operational teams to improve patient access, optimize workflows, and drive Lean-based performance improvement strategies within a large healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of performance improvement experience OR 5+ years of healthcare experience plus 3+ years in leadership/performance improvement
  • Hands-on Lean experience
  • Experience facilitating training and coaching teams
  • Lean Certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working with senior leadership
  • Six Sigma, Change Management, or EPIC Cadence certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean and A3-based improvement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on strategic operational goals
  • Facilitate large-scale access and performance improvement projects
  • Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and change management
  • Develop and deliver training related to operational excellence and patient access
  • Establish sustainable workflows and management systems
