Responsibilities

  • Process engineering ownership across the full project lifecycle Concept development (FEL‑0 / FEL‑1), scope definition (FEL‑2), FEED (FEL‑3), detailed design, commissioning, and startup support
  • Technology scale‑up & translation: Work closely with technology and commercial teams to convert Nexus technology into executable process designs and licensor‑grade process packages
  • Process scope definition & integrity: Develop and own Process design basis, Mass & energy balances, PFDs and P&IDs, Process simulations and operating envelopes, Equipment process datasheets and design criteria
  • Licensing & EPC interface: Support development of technology packages for external customers; act as the process authority interfacing with EPC contractors and partners
  • Process safety & operability: Lead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, relief system design, and operability reviews from early project stages
  • Team & capability building: Establish process engineering workflows, standards, and best practices; mentor and grow future process engineers
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with controls, mechanical, piping, CSA, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and commercial teams
