About The Position

We are PEAC Solutions—large enough to finance the globe, yet small enough to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers. We believe in the power of partnership and the promise of possibility. Our purpose is to fuel growth by providing smart, flexible lending solutions that help businesses overcome obstacles and seize new opportunities. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze operational data, monitor process performance metrics, identify trends, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Support technology and automation initiatives by documenting business requirements, participating in testing and validation activities, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks through workflow improvements and automation.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and KPI reporting; track project progress, action items, and process improvement initiatives; and prepare reports and presentations for leadership review.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new or revised processes through training materials, communications, user support, and other change management activities.
