About The Position

The Process Coordinator will be responsible for processing all Industrial Fabrication custom power unit orders. This individual will be point of contact for all new order submittals, build center selection, commercial processing, order entry. They will work with SunSource credit to facilitate the management of all progressive payment orders and maintain status of payments for same. The Process Coordinator will monitor and assist in project scheduling for the DDEL fabrication facility. These duties will include interfacing with the Process Leader, Expeditor, Purchasing & Credit personnel. The Process Coordinator will review & update the DDEL project schedule in conjunction with direction from the Process Leader. Additionally, this individual will interface with the Industrial Fabrication CAD team to obtain necessary drawings for project builds and create the shop folders necessary for project builds. Upon DDEL project build completion, the Process Coordinator will be responsible for generating all final costing documents for the Process Leader’s review and approval. As approved this individual will execute final order processing activities as required to generate final documents for shipments. This encompasses credit release as well as ensuring standard and custom shipping requirements are coordinated to support shipments – typically LTL or dedicated transportation. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all DDEL project photos are downloaded and saved to the proper engineering directory files. This individual will also provide back-up for final DDEL project inspections when the assigned individual is out or unable to perform this duty. The Process coordinator will have/acquire the necessary skills to perform purchasing and ECO duties to support the DDEL SunSource Industrial Fabrication Team when the Industrial Fabrication Purchasing Associate is absent and unable to perform their assigned duties. The Process Coordinator is responsible for elements of ISO to ensure the elements as set forth for the DDEL facility are maintained and are in accordance with certification requirements. Specifically, the Calibration Program as applicable to DDEL SunSource Industrial Fabrication Team as well as other ancillary activities.

Requirements

  • Associates degree with fluid power focus preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years fluid power experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access & Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Trend software.
