Requirements

Associate degree in engineering, physical sciences, education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years demonstrated competency in technical or instructional analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation or 2+ years competency in procedure development
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, etc) or equivalent
The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance

Nice To Haves

3+ years demonstrated competency in technical and/or instructional documentation and design
Technical training experience in an NRC/DOE regulated industry
Procedure writing experience in an NRC/DOE regulated industry
An active “Q” clearance

Responsibilities

Design and deliver performance-based training programs that support technical, safety, and general employee development using proven adult learning principles and interactive techniques.
Partner closely with subject matter experts to build training materials that are practical, effective, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
Develop, revise, and maintain administrative and technical procedures—ensuring they are accurate, compliant with NRC standards, and easy to follow in real-world operations.
Support records and commitment management activities.
Conduct updates and change evaluations for procedures and training materials.
Provide procedure review support to field teams—helping ensure consistency, quality, and adherence across the organization.
