Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other scheduling software.
  • Communicate appointment details, preparation instructions, and any changes to patients and relevant healthcare personnel promptly and clearly.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests while minimizing disruption to clinical operations.
