About The Position

In this role, you will work with individuals who are under court supervision to help them comply with their conditions and move forward safely and responsibly. You will monitor each client’s progress, conduct regular check-ins, substance abuse screenings, complete risk assessments, and connect clients with needed services such as treatment, employment resources, or other community programs. You will maintain communication with the courts, provide updates on compliance, and address any violations or concerns that may arise. Ultimately, you will ensure accountability while helping clients make positive changes that contribute to community safety and long-term success. Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field such as criminology, psychology, social services, counseling, or work involving court proceedings, case supervision, or related judicial processes.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in Criminology, Psychology, Social Services, Counseling, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience related to probation/pretrial services
  • Experience in the supervision of clients in the community
  • Case management experience
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and making referrals upon identified needs
  • Experience working 1:1 in the creation of case plans to include follow-up
  • Customer service experience
  • Group facilitation experience
  • Experience making presentations
  • Experience working with individuals involved in the Criminal Justice System
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
