Pro Pathway Coach

Charlotte Football ClubCharlotte, NC

About The Position

The Pro Pathway Coach is part of a rotational coaching pool serving the Charlotte FC Academy’s U14–U18 MLS NEXT teams. Rather than being assigned to a fixed head or assistant role on a single team, coaches in this pool step into head or assistant coaching responsibilities across age groups based on organizational need and individual merit. This structure is designed to develop well-rounded coaches, maximize staff expertise across the full Academy, and create the best possible environment for player development at every level. In any given role, the Pro Pathway Coach will contribute to day-to-day coaching, individual player development, and age-appropriate periodization with the overarching goal of preparing players for success at the MLS NEXT Pro and MLS levels. This position reports to the Technical Director and works collaboratively with the full Academy coaching and support staff.
