The Education and Career Pathways Coordinator supports youth and adults in achieving academic success and preparing for post-secondary education and diverse career pathways. This role focuses on engaging students through individualized coaching, educational advocacy, and life skills development. The Coordinator provides guidance across both traditional and alternative education pathways, including credit retrieval, re-engagement programs, GED/HiSET options, and non-traditional learning environments, helping each student identify and pursue the path that best fits their goals and circumstances. The Coordinator builds strong, trust-based relationships with tribal members and collaborates with schools, families, and community partners to promote long-term success. Working in collaboration with the Community & Family Services Director, this position blends mentorship with coordination by supporting students in academic and career planning, navigating financial aid and training opportunities, and setting and achieving personal goals—while honoring the cultural values and strengths of the Stillaguamish community.
