Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1- 2 years of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing
- IL Nursing License
- Three consecutive days of training are required, along with completion of Educare training, before working any scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being.
- Administer medications, treatments, and coordinate care with physicians and families.
- Support residents and team members by ensuring a safe, comfortable, and high-quality care environment.
