About The Position

As a member of the Fort Worth Demand Planning organization within Production Operations (EDSC), you will be responsible for replenishment and process integration across all lines of business. The role involves coordinating demand-related activities including demand entry, demand stability, BOM integrity, and on-time order release, and taking corrective actions to preserve part availability. You will leverage large data sets and advanced analytics to forecast demand, identify surplus or aging stock, and drive continual improvement of inventory performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as project management, planning, line management, MRP planners, and manufacturing is essential to ensure seamless execution of inventory processes. Additionally, you will prepare status reports, dashboards, and data-rich presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders, balancing cost efficiency with the highest possible part availability to support the Aeronautics organization’s mission readiness and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with two or more of the following: Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling Production Control, Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management.
