As a Private Real Estate Administrator I, it’s all about communication, collaboration, and building relationships. You have a keen attention to detail and will utilize it when reviewing legal documents and determining account ownership. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Ability to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate Sales or Broker's license
  • Appraisal License
  • 2+ years direct real estate management experience

Responsibilities

  • Review legal documents and determine account ownership for initial setup, review TREM files for accuracy
  • Determine market value, hire appraisers and review appraisals
  • Conduct inspections of properties
  • Set insurable value of improvements for insurance purposes
  • Review tax values and protest when necessary
  • Negotiate leases, determine suitability of lessee, recommend leases to the Committee, prepare and/or review lease documents as well as any other factors that will effect use of properties, such as easements
  • Negotiate sales, recommend sale terms to the Committee, review and execute sale documents
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
