About The Position

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in Waterford, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This is a 9 operatory practice that is an established FFS /PPO practice that is averaging over 70 new patients a month. The office is staffed with dental assistants and 4 hygienists. It is equipped with CBCT, Prime mill, endo and implant systems. There are no lab fees.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active dental license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Proficient with molar endo.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Endo experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
