About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled associate dentist to join our client's well-established, state-of-the-art private practice. This is a full-time opportunity with a fee-for-service/PPO model. A daily guarantee is provided for 12 months, with compensation based on production. Implant training is available. The practice features 3D CBCT, cloud-based PMS, EFDAS, and an on-site dental lab. The role involves full mouth rehabilitation, implant restoration, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing various dental procedures.

Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
- Building rapport with patients and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Educating patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to optimize patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Staying current with advancements in dentistry and participating in continuing education as required.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices.
