Alpers Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join their modern, fee-for-service practice. Unlike positions focused solely on basic restorative work, this role allows for comprehensive diagnosis, building patient relationships, and treating a diverse range of cases. The position includes significant mentorship from Dr. Kris Alpers, who is invested in clinical development and enjoys guiding dentists to become stronger clinicians. The practice emphasizes quality care, utilizing advanced technology such as CBCT imaging, iTero scanning, digital dentistry, 3D printing, smile simulations, and advanced laser technology. The schedule is designed to be productive, allowing the associate to develop patient relationships and take on rewarding cases as their skills grow. The ideal candidate is a dentist with a few years of practice experience, comfortable with general restorative dentistry, and possesses some experience or a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, veneers, and implants.

Requirements

Valid Arizona dental license and DEA registration
Post-dental-school clinical experience
Strong general and restorative dentistry skills
