Audiologist - Private Practice
About The Position
Hearing Healthcare Recruiters is presenting an opportunity for a Hearing Healthcare Provider to join a well-established private practice serving patients in the York, Shrewsbury, and Gettysburg, PA communities. This role offers clinical autonomy, a voice in the practice's direction, and the chance to develop programs and services. The practice, operating since the 1970s, has grown into a three-office operation with a strong referral network and patient base. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with professional daytime hours, primarily based in York, PA, with occasional coverage in Shrewsbury. The role includes strong support from an experienced owner and staff, with encouragement to develop new programs and potentially expand services in areas like Auditory Processing Disorders and tinnitus. Current patient care involves routine diagnostic testing, patient counseling, hearing aid fittings and follow-up, with a very limited pediatric caseload (patients 6+ years old).
Requirements
- Hearing Healthcare Provider
- Ability to practice medicine, build relationships, and think creatively
- An "educational closer" who can confidently educate patients about their options, communicate the value of treatment, and help patients make informed decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Auditory Processing Disorders
- Experience in tinnitus treatment
