Dentist - Relocation Opportunity
About The Position
Lake Dental in Palm Springs is seeking an associate dentist for a relationship-driven, family-friendly practice. This is a team-oriented environment with a calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth culture, prioritizing long-term patient relationships. The position is ideal for a dentist seeking to relocate to Palm Springs, CA, or already living within commuting distance. The role involves practicing comprehensive dentistry with opportunities to expand skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery. You will work alongside seasoned clinicians who are passionate about mentorship. This is a busy, well-established practice offering clinical autonomy, strong support, and advanced technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging. The schedule starts at 3 days per week (Fridays required) with the potential to grow into a 4-day schedule within the first year.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating professional growth and practical expertise in dental care.
- Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
- Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
- Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
- Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available).
- Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.
