About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality dental care and contributing to a positive patient experience in Bellevue, PA. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with a very small % of Medicaid. Digital 6 operatory practice. Endo and surgical experience would be great. Implant mentorship is available. Compensation range $ 300,000 to over $ 400,000 a year. Strong patient base and providers scheduled appropriately and efficiently.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid Pennsylvania dental license and current malpractice insurance.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on dental advancements.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance patient care and practice growth.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
